Round One: Filigree Pumpkin

Anyways, I said I would draw an outfit for Ira D'Essance for each round of . Since she changes outfits so much, I figure she would use the Tournament as a way to show off her extensive wardrobe.

Would have done this earlier if it weren't for midterms, but at least it's finished! I decided to take another stab at cel shading, and I think it turned out a little better. It's rather heavily inspired by one of Jean Paul Gaultier's ensembles, and also the fact that this shade of orange is a color not appreciated enough.
